The Many Faces of Andre the Giant

By , Editor
Technically, he only had one face, but it was a big one. The "Eighth Wonder of the World," Andre the Giant, Andre Rene Roussimoff, was a 7'4", 500 lb slab of humanity cursed/blessed with agromegaly, aka "giantism," who became a legendary professional wrestler.

For non-wresAndre-The-Giant-and-friends.jpgtling fans, Andre was also an actor and is likely best known for his role as the lovable enforcer Fezzik in Rob Reiner's classic The Princess Bride. Andre died in 1993 at 46.

Now, latex artist SikRik has completed an Andre the Giant  Limited Edition Latex Mask project in tribute to the big man. "As a kid I gravitated toward AnAndre the Giant as Fezzik in Princess Bride.jpgdre initially because of his size, but later became intrigued with his demeanor," says SikRik. "He just seemed like a great guy, a gentle giant. I guess I'm no different from any of his fans. I think the world fell in love with the Gentle Giant."
