When pop superstar Beyoncé revealed her pregnancy at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards, everyone was ecstatic to hear that she and husband Jay Z were finally going to become parents - for real this time. But among the congratulations and well wishes that lit up the Twitterverse, there were also quiet rumblings of a secret child that the rapper is rumored to have fathered nine years ago with Trinidadian model Shenelle Scott.
In an interview with Star magazine, the father of the man who thought he was Shenelle Scott’s baby daddy (follow that one?) has come forward, claiming that a DNA test confirmed his son’s suspicion that Jay, whom “everyone knew” was sleeping with Shenelle, was actually the boy’s father.
After learning the results of the test, Malik Sayeed reportedly threw Scott and the child out of his house. But don’t worry, according to Sayeed’s dad, Jay Z made arrangements for Shenelle and their son to move back to Trinidad, giving her $1 million in hush money, regular child support payments, and a house. So when the man says he’s got 99 problems but a b**ch ain’t one, he means it!
A source tells Star that though she was initially angry,
with good reason, Beyoncé does know about her husband’s first born and has
stood by her man.
Neither Jay nor Bey has yet responded to these claims.
In other baby news…. Weeks ago it was reported that Disney
actress Brenda Song was 
expecting her first child with Miley Cyrus’ brother, Trace,
but if you ask the Suite Life star’s mother, there's no truth to those headlines.
“She’s actually not pregnant,” Mai Song, who’s currently being treated for cancer, tells Star. “It’s very upsetting to our family because of what I’m going through and it’s not how we raised her.”
Sounds like a bit of denial. Don't feel bad Mai, we were disappointed shocked when we found out, too.
Either this explains the recent shots of Song sans baby bump, or someone’s going to have one awkward conversation with her mother in the coming months!
