What’s the latest in the world of reality TV? From Ashley Hebert’s final rose on The Bachelorette to the Housewives' final showdown, here’s your “Reality Bytes” for Tuesday, August 02, 2011.

JLo Opens Up Post-Split. In her first interview since her shocking split from Marc Anthony, American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez talks to Vanity Fair about the reason she left (“Sometimes we don’t realize that we are compromising ourselves.”), her thoughts about her soon-to-be-ex (“I will always respect Marc as a singer and performer. … He will always hold a special place in my heart as the father of my children.”), and her hopes for finding new love (“It’s still my biggest dream.”). But is P. Diddy the one to make all her dreams come true?

Rumor has it that the two were recently spotted meeting for a date in NYC. Will they eventually reunite now that JLo’s back on the market? The new issue of Vanity Fair hits newsstands in NY and LA on August 3rd, and nationally August 9th.

And Then There was One.…
After a long (so long) season of ups and downs, Ashley Hebert made her final decision on ABC’s The Bachelorette, choosing JP Rosenbaum over Ben Flajnik, which pissed Ben off! Finally, some real emotion! On the After the Final Rose special, Flajnik explained his breakdown and thanked Ashley for getting him to where he is today…

Hmm, is that a sign that Ben Flajnik is the next Bachelor? Did Ashley Hebert make the right decision? Will the couple actually last? Are you interested in seeing Ben Flajnik as The Bachelor? Share your thoughts in the comments…

Baby Mama Drama. Tonight, on an all new episode of MTV’s Teen Mom, it’s Bentley’s birthday! So that means good times, right? Of course not. Watch what happens when Maci asks Ryan about about changing their custody agreement, allowing her to spend more time with their son. Will the two be headed to court again?

Letting Go? He may have paid for her lap dances in the last episode (poor Gage is still trying to wash his eyes out with a very abrasive soap), but is Jeff Lewis really ready to let Sarah Berkman go? Plus, Zoila returns to the house after recovering from her plastic surgery! Here’s hopin’ that Jeff shows at least one of these ladies a little mercy tonight. Catch an all new episode of Flipping Out tonight at 9|8c on Bravo.

“Excuse me, Ms. McCord? Are you smoking crack?!” The Real Housewives of New York City sat down together once again for the conclusion of their 2-part Reunion Special on Bravo. Between all the clucking amongst the “chickenheads” (possibly Cindy Barshop’s best line to date), it was hard to get much out of the show, other than the fact that Ramona Singer is thankful for being a “functioning alcoholic,” Alex McCord will stand by anything Simon says or does, and that fans - er, former fans of the show are hoping that rumors of a total recasting of the ‘wives is true. Is it time for a new cast, or should these ladies get another season?

Tonight’s Shows: Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew 9|8c on VH1, Teen Mom 8|7c on MTV, Hell’s Kitchen 8|7c on NBC, Masterchef 9|8c on NBC, America’s Got Talent 9|8c on NBC.
