A staggeringly ill-conceived fable, of sorts, about twin brothers raised by different parents. One grows up to be an Elvis Presley-esque rocker, the other grows up to be an impersonator of the Elvis-esque rocker.
A first-time director tackling this needlessly non-linear story doesn't add up to much more than good actors like Michael Chiklis and Forest Whitaker slumming for a paycheck.
