Brooklyn-based musician Ariel Aparicio released his latest album, “Aerials,” on September 6, 2011. The album was produced by Tom Gilroy. Recently, Aparicio was honored at the 7th Annual OutMusic Awards in New York City, receiving top honors for his recording of “People Who Died” when he was awarded Outstanding Rock Song of the Year. Says The Advocate of Aparicio’s music: “Aparicio’s latest genre-defying record toys with alt, punk, glam, dance tracks dependent on crunchy guitars instead of club beats, and a Latin flavor courtesy of his Cuban heritage.”
