Neil Young Busy Writing A Book, Says Stephen Stills.

Don’t say we didn’t warn you, but the long-threatened, long anticipated Buffalo Springfield 2012 Reunion Tour will not come to pass - despite the many assurances by Richie Furay.

Stephen Stills finally came clean during an interview on 97.3 KBCO: World Class Rock, explaining that the tour is off, so he will tour solo, Crosby & Nash will tour together next summer, and Neil Young is "writing a book.” Insiders told us that he began at the beginning of July after securing a publishing deal. 

Stills says, "Neil [Young] started a book and said, 'Don't mess with the muse, man.'" We should have known the first time the reunited pals delayed it. I mean, it’s not as if something like this hasn’t happened before - most specifically back in 1976, when Young left the tour he was doing with Stephen Stills, alerting him with a telegram that read: "Dear Stephen: Funny how some thing that start spontaneously end that way. Eat a peach, Neil."
